Great Neck Synagogue notes with sorrow the tragic passing of William Shakin, beloved son of our members Karen and Eric Shakin, and beloved nephew of our members Yonni and Jennifer Mrejen. William recently completed his service as a proud Chayal Boded (lone soldier) with the Israel Defense Forces.
Burial will be in Israel. Details about shiva will be sent out as soon as they are available.
