One time weekday minyan registration

Please complete this form to be pre-registered for services at Great Neck Synagogue.  By completing and submitting this form, you need not register again to attend any weekday service.  A separate registration is still required to attend Shabbat services. Because we have capacity limits in each of our services, this pre-registration does not guarantee you a seat in any service.
