CATERING
We are very excited to share with you a significant change in the way you celebrate your Simchas in our Shul. Starting August 1st, 2023, you will now be able to host your events in the Great Neck Synagogue using your choice of caterers from an approved Panel. This new Panel will apply to all catered events in our Shul, whether hosted by a member or non-member.
With that in mind, we are giving the Great Neck Synagogue members an exclusive early opportunity to book dates through Aug 1st, 2024, before these dates are opened to non-members. Having a date on the shul calendar does NOT automatically reserve the ballroom. To reserve your event date, you must fill out and sign the form HERE along with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Checks should be made payable to the Great Neck Synagogue.
The preliminary list of caterers on the panel are*:

In addition, we are excited to announce that Lisa Farrell has been hired to be the GNS Catering/Event coordinator. Lisa will oversee reserving dates, collecting payments and ensuring our catering partners and hosts fulfill their obligations to GNS when hosting an event. Please feel free to reach out to Lisa at catering@gns.org or 718-781-4963 if you’re interested in hosting an event or simcha at GNS. (Reservation form here: CatererReservation )
*The list of caterers is preliminary and subject to the caterer fulfilling their agreed upon obligations to GNS.
**Member rates only apply to a simcha (wedding/engagement/sheva brachos, bar/bat mitzvah, bris/upsheren/simchat bat, or other acceptable lifecycle event) of an immediate family member of a full GNS member family.
