Great Neck Synagogue notes with sorrow the passing of Bernice Kovar, beloved mother of our member Pam (and Baruch) Toledano and beloved mother of Larry (and Nan) Kovar.
The funeral will take place on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 12 noon at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 841 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ. Phone: 973-779-3048.
Shiva, ending publicly Friday afternoon January 27, is being observed privately. Pam is available via phone at 516-487-9139.
In lieu of providing food for the family during shiva, they have requested that donations be made to support the Chaverim program at Great Neck Synagogue.
