Great Neck Synagogue notes with sorrow the passing of Alisa Sorkin, beloved mother of our member Gail (and Maurice) Setton, and beloved mother of Francine (and Kenneth) Segal and Jeffrey (and Stephanie) Sorkin.
The graveside funeral will take place Friday, April 14th 11:30 am at Beth David Cemetery In Elmont NY.
Shiva will be observed on Motzei Shabbat at 33 The Oaks, Roslyn NY. On Sunday & Monday Shiva will be observed at 15 Gateway Drive, Great Neck NY and from Tuesday through Thursday morning shiva will be observed at 160 East Linden Ave, Englewood NJ.
Davenning on Sunday morning in Great Neck will be at 8:30 am and on Monday morning at 7:30 am. Mincha on both days will be at 7:15 pm. Davenning on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning in Englewood will be at 7:30 am and mincha/maariv will be at 7:15 pm.
The family requests no visits between 12 – 1 pm and 6:15 – 7:15 pm, and no later than 10 pm.
