    INTERMEDIATE MINYAN This past Shabbat,  February 6th, the first Intermediate Minyan was held. The Minyan includes explanation of the tefilot and the Torah reading through interactive discussion during the service, communal singing, with a class following the service.     GREAT NECK SYNAGOGUE FOR HAITI. BRING THEM HOME is a new musical video produced to aid the devastatedpeople of Haiti following the Jan. 12th, 7.0 earthquake.     Florence Shaffer Memorial Award
