Beginning with the 17th of Tammuz and continuing through the 9th of Av is the period in the Jewish calendar known as “The Three Weeks”. Great Neck Synagogue is sponsoring its Annual Spring Blood drive on Sunday, June 6th from 8:15 - 12:45 in the gym. We ask everyone who is 16 or older and weighs 110 pounds or more and who feels well and healthy to please donate blood and help save the life of a friend or neighbor.
